About the Event
This session will get you ready for the day with a 30 minute high intensitiy workout session, including cardio, core and strength sessions of 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. The second half of the workout will be a calming Yoga flow getting your mind ready for the week and focusing on what's importnant for your day.
